Free EstimatesOur goal when we come into your home, isn't to twist your arm into signing a contract. We won't tell you "this price is only good for today". That is not the way we do business. When Bob or Jennifer come out, they will go over your concerns with you, as well as what type of system you would like to see put in. They will survey your existing system (if any) or where the best place to locate a brand new system. We are there to help you make informed decisions. What is right for you might not be the same as what is right for another family, so we help lead you into the best system for YOU! Once we have decided on the best fit, we use a laptop computer program to figure out the rest. By examining return air sizes, register locations, and condition of ductwork during the walk through (just to name a few) they can plug all of the information into the computer to print out the proposal to the PENNY! There isn't any "estimate" or "beginning" price. What you will get is all of the proposed work in writing and the total investment amount. Because we are going through your house with you and taking the time upfront, we won't be "surprising" you with any hidden costs along the way. Sometimes there is more than one system that would work for you. We will go over all of the best options with you, and leave you with the investment amount for each. Then we give you the chance to go over all of the brochures we leave with you, and let you decide on your own time which way you would like to proceed.
