We are a licensed contractor for heating and air conditioning in the Greater Sacramento area. Being an independent Trane Comfort Specialist™ means that our installation and service technicians meet the highest performance standards in the industry. Our specialty lies with Trane High Efficiency Comfort Systems, but our service technicians are trained to service all brands of equipment.
We have been in business since October 1981. Bob Kennedy is the owner, and worked for the Trane Company for ten years back in the 1970's. When he first started out, it was as a service technician for Trane, back when they used to sell and service their own equipment. But in 1980, Trane went back to only manufacturing the equipment, and eliminate the sales and service Comfort Centers. Bob then went into business for himself, starting out servicing all of those Trane customers who were still in warranty, and the business has grown ever since.
Although we have 14 employees, we work like a family. In fact, many of us actually are family! Bob and Rita Kennedy are training their daughter Jennifer to take over the company when the decide to retire. Eric Walden and Steve Lopez have both been working for us for over 17 years. Teri and Jeff Jones are also part of our team/family. We like to think of ourselves as a 'family owned business' even though we are a corporation. We have a service department separate from our installation department, separate from our sales department. What this means for you is that if you have a concern, the proper person is going to be able to take care of you right away. You won't be waiting for a service call because we are tied up with new installations when you call. Meet some of our employees!
